What we collect

When you submit a workflow idea, we collect the dealership category, task description, trigger, current manual steps, desired result, submission status, and submission time. The form does not request your name, email address, customer records, account information, credit information, or login credentials.

How we use it

We use submissions to review dealership workflow problems, choose potential prototypes, improve the lab, prevent abuse, and—only after human review—create generalized educational material. We do not automatically publish raw submissions.

What not to submit

Do not send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers, credit or financing information, payment details, private dealership credentials, or confidential employer information.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell workflow submissions. Information may be processed by service providers used to host and protect the site. We retain submissions only as long as reasonably useful for operating the lab, handling abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

Your choices

To request deletion or ask a privacy question, email hello@dealerailab.com and describe the submission well enough for us to locate it. Do not include additional sensitive data.
